The Institute invites applications for the Permanent post of “Lecturer” & “Assistant Lecturer-cum-Assistant Instructor”. IHM Pusa Teaching Vacancies are as follows.

Lecturer Post = 01 (EWS–01)

Assistant Lecturer-cum-Assistant Instructor (Permanent) Post = 06 (UR – 02) (OBC – 03) (ST – 01)

Selection Process (IHM Pusa Teaching Vacancies)

1. For the Post of “Lecturer” – Written test will be conducted by the Institute in Offline mode to shortlist the candidate, the shortlisted candidate will be eligible to take the “Teaching Skill” test in both theory and practical in all core Hotel Management areas.
2. For the Post of “Assistant Lecturer” NHTET score/PHD weightage and Skill Test will be conducted by the
   Institute.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

1. The application form in the prescribed format is available on the Institute’s website-
   www.ihmpusa.net.
2. The application form will be filled on-line and there after that it is mandatory to send the copy of this filled application form along with all the certificates and documents, which should reach the institute by the due date and time i.e 14.02.2024, upto 05:00 p.m. No application form will be accepted after the due date and time.
3. It is mandatory to send the application form through both on-line and offline (including certificates and
   documents). Application form sent through any one medium will not be accepted.
4. Application Processing Fee:- For UR/OBC/EWS candidates-Rs.1,000/- and for ST candidates Rs. 500/-. Payment can be made through Canara Bank link-IHM RECRUITMENT FEE placed in our website www.ihmpusa.net
5. The above post carry usual allowance as admissible under Central Govt. staff stationed at
   Delhi. The post is Non- Pensionable but the New Pension Scheme as per rules is applicable.
6. Person already in employment with Government, Semi-Government, Autonomous Body etc.
   should apply “Through Proper Channel” or produce “NOC from their present employer at the
   time of document verification.
7. The OBC caste certificate and EWS certificate should be made after the date 01 April 2023,
   the certificate made earlier will not be accepted and the application form will be rejected.
8. Incomplete application form will be rejected.
9. No TA/DA would be paid to the candidates for appearing in written test/skill test/interview.
10. The competent authority reserves the right to reject/accept any application at any stage and
    fill/not fill/partial filling of the vacancy without assigning any reason(s).
