  5. Age Limit for Direct Recruits: Not exceeding 35 years, in addition to a 5-year age relaxation for NVS/Central Government/autonomous bodies, and further age relaxation for specific categories as per Govt. of India rules.
  6. Educational Qualifications:
    • Essential: 3-year degree course in catering or equivalent from a Ministry of Tourism, Govt. of India/State Govt. recognized institution, OR trade proficiency certificate in catering with a minimum of 10 years’ service in Defense Services (for ex-servicemen only).
  7. Probation Period: 2 years
